They may require who she is.Set against the stark metallic backdrop of the Bron kingdom, Nym is faced with the chance to change the future. Or was that Draewulf’s plan for her all along?

My Rating: 8.5/10

My Review: *This review contains spoilers for the first book, Storm Siren, but not this book*
The first book in this trilogy completely drew me into Nym's world, and I was absolutely crushed by the cliffhanger ending!  I just knew something was going to happen to Eogan, but I wasn't happy to be proved right.
Siren's Fury picks up right where the first book ended, leaving Nym to figure how, if possible, she can save Eogan.  There were a lot of things I didn't see coming in this book, and a lot of unlikely friendships.  I like when a book can surprise me, and Siren's Fury did a great job with that...
Nym really grew as a character in this book, and though there were a few times she got a little out of control, she eventually overcame her struggles.  I think I liked her a little better in this book; mostly because she spend less time feeling guilty and more time kicking ass.
As for the plot, it is very fast-paced!  There isn't a dull moment in this book, and there's a lot more action than the first, which is a definite plus for me.  I felt like there was a more clear plot and conflict in this book, which helped it flow a lot better.
Overall, this was a solid sequel to a kickass first book, and I am beyond excited to see what happens next in the last book!  I recommend this book to all you fantasy lovers who want a strong lead and lots of action!

About the Author: Mary Weber is a ridiculously uncoordinated girl plotting to take over make-believe worlds through books, handstands, and imaginary throwing knives. In her spare time, she feeds unicorns, sings 80’s hairband songs to her three muggle children, and ogles her husband who looks strikingly like Wolverine. They live in California, which is perfect for stalking L.A. bands, Joss Whedon, and the ocean. Her debut YA fantasy novel, STORM SIREN, is available now in bookstores and online, and SIREN'S FURY (book 2 in the trilogy) will be out June, 2015 from TN HarperCollins.
